1. Returns Policy
- Due to Hygiene Reasons: We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used perfume products.
- Unopened Products: If you receive a product that you did not order, or there was a mistake in fulfillment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on our mail mentioned at the end.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at factory.of.essentials@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Kindly include your order number and clear video and photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Upon verification, we will provide a resolution in the form of a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order was damaged during transit, and replacement is not possible.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- We will notify you via email once the refund is processed.
4. How to Initiate a Return Request

5. Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
